I think since the release of 808’s and Heartbreaks, i really have been listening with a highly trained ear to new music coming out. Stumbled around the Intronet and found Vyle. His newest song Second city 2008, is the song to end 2008. Honestly. If i were a Dj, i would end 2008 to his song. It is a club trance feel, with a muttered soft flow, that just does the job. Kanye’s new album comes out tommorow, and from what i have heard and read, its pretty good, not as good as the other three albums, but in its own right is still up to par. I know I’m excited. I enjoy the fact that he is stretching himself artistically, and revealing himself at the time through his work, as a artist of any kind should. But i know i like something to keep me at bay when i cant wait till album drop. Check out sky high mixtape, it has a bunch of Mr. West remixes. My favorite is the discotech remix of homecoming. Discotech is a name ill be mentioning some more in the future.

Your ideas are nice

I really like things that are creative that expand our notion of whats cool. When i say this i mean its cool to see people take a box and breakdown a wall and add more dimensions too it, or take too boxes and make them overlap. This is what A nice idea everyday is.Its a site of some of the projects by Vivien Weyrauch and Fabian Rottger. Just really cool shit, just to be quite frank. They just seem to just do things and see what happens, and what the do end up finding is pretty cool and worth taking a look at. A great example is this video they did for Deerhoof.
