Breaking Cryptonite

I just started doing my daily scanning of music again, and two reoccurring artist have shown up in my play list. Those two being break bot and Cryptonites. All i know is breakbot is from Paris, and cryptonites, from switzerland. Break bot has a funky disco soul twinge to his music, whilst Cryptonites have a disco distorted rock thunder to them. Regardless both have a great sound. Break bot’s a thing for me remix, is insanely well crafted, and  makes me think of some old Motown track. Cryptonites cruzaders is just a dance floor juggernaut, and is very infectious. check them out at there myspaces respectively.

Cool days

Its been extremely cold recently here in good oll dayton. I swear I feel like I can’t layer up enough. Well here is hollister. He jacket was sick. Thrift goods, great stuff.

La Blogotheque Show Ep.1 on Current

I was able to catch this for the first time last night. I had never heard of blogotheque before, but its a site where all these indie artist are recorded doing these things called take away shows. Basically they are in some random place, and they perform, live and raw. All of this is done with one shot. What this really does for alot of these artist is show how good of musicians they are, and prove they arent just a bunch of kids playing instruments and moaning about. The first episode current had shown featured Fleet foxes, Emily jane white, and Quasi. Artist that i had never heard of before, performing such beautiful music. I have to check them out now. Once again, a good reason to watch current, they are one there shit. It will probably be on rotation now, but check out the current site. Enjoy the take away show.

In the Zon

Been really trying to get into accessories lately. i think its something that can always be overlooked, or overdone. I like when things are clean, nice, and flow with you. Also it just has to be cool. Enter the Nooka Zon, the new watch by Nooka. The watch is definitely something unique, with such a big screen and digital display, but very intuitive. Masterpiece is the only word i can think to describe this time telling device. This will go on the wish list for sure. Oh by the way the screen with just bars, is a way of keeping time.
