So after my 4 weeks of immersion, i can say yes i am a better photographer. I have some skills with a DSLR and its nice. Ill post some pictures of my progress soon, but what would make it even better is if i had some more photographer type gear, and this photographers vest by Engineered Garments, is the illest thing i have seen in a month or so. I think this would be so awesome to have in the spring and hopefully i will purchase it. Can’t be all talk and no show.

I got onto The award tour at the beginning of the summer and now another offering is supposed to be coming out this year. I am constantly waiting so i can post the pictures up because i love the stuff, but its taking for ever and all i have is this teaser photo. As soon as it hits his site, it will hit here.

I really like to find things that are fresh, that are new to the scene, and that are still up and coming; still in its infancy. One of my latest finds is Hood by air. some of the most out there stuff i think i have ever liked since i first was introduced to high fashion brands. The detail is amazing, but the fact that the clothes give you a futuristic modern day masculine feel is what really is attractive about it. Its somewhat suggestive in asking what is masculine and whats not, but you definitely feel more of the masculine tone with the garments. I know i love it. You should too. Duh. The Designer is Shane Oliver, and you should check out the site because its pretty legit. You can ride there through the Inter-web Here.

OK so there are two like music type things i have been feeling the past couple days. First Kid cudi, had a new mixtape like literally released the other day. I love this guys music so dope. On some tracks he has this singer rapper thing that I’m so feeling. its like good shit. You need to listen up because this guy is going to be making some big noise soon.

Also i was on hypebeast the other day doing my daily updates and such, and came across an amazing rocksmith video. Not only did it one make me want to get the clothes, but two i was like damn this track they are playing is so good. So i went and look up the guy his name Theophilus London, a guy out of brooklyn, and he is on some other shit. But i tell you what it is some phenomenal stuff. here is the rocksmith video. good clothes as well with the music. awesome stuff. i definitely will be trying to add that to my closet sometime soon. And also i got some music by Theophilus as well.

The music finds do not stop there no. I also was put on by my boy Taylor, to this awesome new sound. There is this new electro band type thing going around, the first group to hit it big is MGMT, there are the amazing with the high pitched falsetto voices over some awesome electronic like beats. This group Passion pit is amazing. The have this amazing soulful sound that i am a big fan of. You get some good vibes from it. Its like a majestic disco electro rock. that’s how i see it being.
Unfortunately i could not find any of there music on the web available for download. but hit there Myspace, and listen to sleepy head. Euphoric track.

so im in georgia at the moment, visiting fam, and its nuts how hot it is down here. So while trying to stay out the sun a little bit, i surf the net and found a cool new brand that i am liking. alot. Award tour is the brain child of Lochness, the man behind the brand. 
On there blog it says he is fond of the 90’s and watched ninja turtles and doug instead of designing. Which is funny because what boy growing up then didnt watch those shows. but i tell you this brand looks really hot, and i read there blog and they have some big plans in the future. check out there summer look book, Endless Summer, at The Award Tour site. From there they have the look book and the video of the process, and also a link to a blog that is a must-see as well. I definatly will be getting in contact with Lochness very, very soon.
